I came to Jasmin having already been coached by a health coach before, but looking for accountability more than anything because I wasn’t happy with where I was at in terms of how I physically felt both inside and outside.


Although that was the reason I started I left with many new learnings for myself which I had been able to incorporate into my lifestyle that have absolutely contributed towards a much better way of life that allows me to look at my body.


When we worked together it was really interesting to see that my weight had consistently continued to drop (which was the goal!) but the weight loss was never ever the focus.


This has allowed me to see that changes can be made simply by looking after self in ways that had slipped from my radar and cannot thank her enough for her support throughout working together – would absolutely recommend her!
